I LOVE Spencer and I's story. It truly radiates the meanings of fate and destiny. We met at a volleyball camp when we were 16 and had a camp crush on one another. He gave me his email address (back before we had cell phones believe it or not), which I quickly lost. A year later, when I was re-doing my room, I found that email address but threw it away thinking he wouldn't remember me. 2 more years after that Spencer went off to college (which happened to be the college I went to) and just out of curiosity he looked me up on Facebook to see if I went to school there too. After a year of dating (on and off), 2 years of writing letters while he was on a mission for the LDS church, and another 7 months of dating after that, we finally got engaged and eventually married. Of course what you wont find in this version of the story are the 101 factors, obstacles, and events that should have torn us apart, but something kept bringing us back together
Spence is my best friend, my soul-mate, and my better half. Sometimes we get so silly together and those times are my favorite to cherish. In the words of Chuck Bass:
"If two people are meant to be together, eventually they'll find their way back."
